We have been invited to perform and provide Capoeira workshops as part of the 2008 Barefoot Festival and Goddess Camp (1st-3rd August 2008), which is a BRILLIANT event  and it was a huge success last year!

Come along for an intimate and friendly weekend for the whole family. The event includes camping & access to all workshops and entertainment over the whole week end. Barefoot Festival and Goddess Camp celebrates the divine that exists within each of us, thru dance, movement, music and fun!

The camp is set in the beautiful Soar Valley in the Leicestershire countryside on the banks of the River Soar, surrounded by magical waterfalls and native wildlife. Click Here for more details.

Workshops run throughout the weekend and you can either attend every single class, or just sit down and chill out, taking it all in! It's your choice!

The best way to benefit from the weekend is to camp. You can arrive on the Friday and camp until Sunday afternoon. If camping is not your thing we can advise upon local Bed & Breakfast if you prefer and Day passes are available.

Also, there will be a dedicated space named "Goddess Camp" for ladies, men and children wanting to chill out and reconnect! In this area the organisers will be running most of the spiritual and healing classes, the Belly Dance, Goddess Workshops and other related activities and crafts. A place for holistic therapies, massage meditation and a chill out zone - Bliss!
