We have the pleasure to announce a joint one-day Capoeira and Aikido workshop, which is taking place on Sunday 9th December 2007 (11:00am - 1:30pm) at De Montfort University John Sandford Sports Centre.

The aim of the workshop is to share the knowledge and exchange ideas of two great cultures and fighting art forms.

 The workshop will be split into two sessions:

• Aikido workshop, lead by Sensei Peter Brown (5th Dan)
• Capoeira workshop, lead by Instrutor Tim El-Sheikh
  

The workshop is FREE and is open to all Capoeira and Aikido levels, as well as people with no experience in any of the above arts.
