So don't worry about anything just turn up and enjoy your time!
If you decide to become involved in Capoeira on a permanent basis and come to our sessions regularly, then you will need to become a member of the British Capoeira Association (BCA) for insurance purposes. Please contact us for further details.
This membership will also allow you to join different Capoeira events organised by Group Senzala England at reduced prices (or even FREE!), as well as training with other BCA related clubs.
